Professional development of teachers of Pavlodar Economic College
In accordance with the annual plan of professional development of teachers in Pavlodar Economic College the Seminar was organized on the theme: "Modern educational technology in the formation of subject competence". The Seminar held Karimova R. M., Master of the department "Pedagogy and Psychology" expert of Pavlodar State Pedagogical Institute.
The seminar consisted of 3 parts: 1) Methodological report "Modern Educational Technology" presentation "Case-technology." 2) Practical part. Trainings. 3) Projects. Analysis, discussion, and exchange of experience.
This seminar was an occasion for a fresh look at the system of teaching in college and inspired by the new pedagogical achievements. The participants learned more than a dozen of interesting teaching methods, to work with the students, worked a new model and a lesson learned from the course "The subject of competence." Teachers came to the conclusion that one of the main purposes of education is not only to teach students to think, but also to form his motivation to be helpful to others. In our own experience you can see how the process works are utilized knowledge, philosophy, creative skills, consciousness. It is a rewarding experience to the further improvement of methods of teaching in college.
The most important result of the seminar was to analyze the methods of ensuring the implementation of the basic principles of substantive competence using modern teaching methods.
The participants, divided into groups, carry out the task on the selection of the different forms of organization of activity of pupils in the classroom and presented for discussion their options.

The seminar was held in the form of a productive and allowed us to assess their knowledge, skills and experience in the construction of a modern lesson.
Teacher Akparova G.E. presented her Research project, which was successfully defended in a circle of colleagues. The presentations were objects of research, objectives, methods of implementation and expected results, which caused great interest among the teachers of general education subjects. The presentation was accompanied by colorful materials, which helped ease the emotional perception.
Teachers of special disciplines Karimova G.K., Kurmanova J.J. in their speech revealed the basic techniques for building modules on discipline "Taxes and taxation". To characterize the components of functional literacy we note that in connection with the transition to new standards of education is particularly important student-centered approach to learning. More details presented personal experience in the development and implementation of the learning process of electronic teaching aids that allow them to activate the independent activity of students. During his speech, presented charts and tables on the technologies that they use in their teaching practice.
After the teachers with the revival of the seminar discussed the benefits of such an event in his professional activity, we had an exchange of views, outlined a long-term plan the task.

Conducted seminar showed great creative potential of teachers, focused on the creative approach of education, which should ideally identify, support and develop creative abilities of each student.
